Over at Frugal Recipes, I have posted Freezer Mix-Ups, which is a way to not waste leftovers or to use foods up before they go (too) bad to be useful.

Yesterdays food cupboard visit went well. My nephew went with me and we were able to carry everything home on our walk back. We brought the canvas bags so as bot to be wasteful. This is what we received:
