Meals from Leftovers: Great Ways to Save Money
Wednesday, September 26, 2007 by slb725writer
Creating meals from leftovers will save you money. I freeze some leftovers for soups later on, and I keep some in the fridge for leftover meals.
I made two meals from refrigerator leftovers this week. These are broken down by price (one was completely free) on the Frugal Recipe blog (see blogroll).
Dear Shannon, I enjoyed reading your recipe for the 1 Pan Leftover Meal, and some of the other information on your website. I am trying to feed a large family on a very limited income also, so any new ideas are very helpful. Keep up the good work, I’ll be sue to check back.
just found this post shannon. you make a good point here especially with these kinds of meals. things like spaghettie and such are so easy to make a lot of one night and then freeze for a different day of the week.
it saves money but it also can save a bunch of time when you get home from work or just running around doing the usual tasks for the week.
ill be checking back to your blog frequently. good stuff.

I’m new to your site and looking back through old posts. I love this idea. I do this and make a stir fry and dump everything over rice. All the stir-fried leftovers can be put in eggroll wrappers as well.
